Return & Exchange Policy
At POS Test Site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your plants, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that plants must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
